SITEC Germany has specialised in secure transfer and pass-through systems for banking and public sector environments since 1975. Their counter units create a physical security barrier between the public zone and the secure teller or cashier area, allowing cash, documents, and items to be transferred safely without compromising the integrity of the security partition. SITEC offers a complete product family: transfer trays (motorised or manual tilt), front-opening counters, material locks (small pass-throughs for documents and cards), container locks (for cash cassettes and larger items), and UV-C disinfection chambers that automatically sanitise items before they pass through. All units feature an interlock mechanism — both sides cannot be open simultaneously — preventing any physical access to the secure zone. Optional bullet-resistant glazing (to EN 1063 BR2 to BR7) integrates with the transfer unit for a complete counter security solution.
